The place for yoga, pilates & meditation in Carrick-on-Shannon

Celebrating 10 Years of business in 2025!

Soul Space is a cozy, family studio that delivers unique yoga, pilates, aerial & meditation classes as well as a  200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training courses (Registered Yoga Alliance school) in our bright, spacious space in beautiful, riverside Carrick-on-Shannon, County Leitrim, in the West of Ireland.

We have a diverse and interesting array of classes, with weekend workshops and visiting teachers. Our hammocks are super relaxing for meditation and super fun for aerial yoga- where we stretch and play off the floor!

Since 2022, we have also run international RETREATS.

We aim to provide happiness through mindfulness, healthy movement & relaxation, and spread JOY to all who enter – this is an inclusive environment & all are welcome!
