Class Styles


Mat-based Pilates is another form of mindful exercise we offer– emphasising core stabilisation, strengthening of the back and limbs, and linking movements with breathing.  While many postures / movements are similar to Yoga, the emphasis is different, and there is more repetition, and less variety in overall movement of the body.    

The Pilates class is 45-minutes long and does not include the meditation.  This class is not suitable during pregnancy.
