Try a Class

Each week we have a number of classes to ‘try’ for one session. Here is what’s available now: 

You are welcome to bring your own mat & props, but everything is provided and sanitised between uses.


Upcoming Courses

Yoga course blocks are typically 4 or 5 weekly one-hour classes over a month.

This is not a class credit system– if you miss a class, it does not roll into the next course session, but you can arrange to take a different class if you know you cannot attend.
