Try a Class

We have a number of one-off classes to try, or spots in courses that have already started.  Book here for a single class, or contact Michele (or another teacher) if you’d like to book into the remaining weeks of a longer course.

Covid-19 PRECAUTIONS will continue– please bring your own mat & props, use hand sanitiser on arrival, and wear a mask until you get on your mat.  Do not come to class if  feeling unwell or have been exposed to the virus.

We are HAPPY to have re-opened the studio to IN-PERSON classes on MONDAY, September 20th.

 Our yoga courses are typically 4 or 5 weekly one-hour classes over a month and are limited in size due to Covid-19.  

We will also have a number of pay-per-class options for the autumn. PLEASE book in advance to all classes.

We have a ‘mask to mat’ policy- please wear a mask in corridors and in the studio until you settle onto your mat (which will be socially-distanced for your safety)

Bring any props or accessories that you anticipate needing (blankets, cushions, water…)
