Celebrate International Yoga Day with a Free Class!

Yoga Day in Carrick on Shannon

Join me for a FREE class to celebrate the beauty, community, history and spirit of postural yoga, on International Yoga Day.

Created my the United Nations in 2015, it is a world-wide day to acknowledge and share the great teachings of yoga! So, people across India, the birthplace of yoga, and all around the world will be getting together (virtually this year!) and doing a gentle yoga practice, talking about yoga and the first teachers, and enjoying the wider yoga community.

Yoga is accessible to all ages and abilities. Yoga teachings, philosophy, and the physical practices are designed as a way of living and seeing the world. Try it!
