From Monday, September 11th, I will begin offering 4-weeks of meditation practice & instruction from 8-9pm.
This is a chance to truly relax and experiment with various methods of mindfulness & meditation. Do you want to try?
Meditation is work, but it is also restful to the mind.
There will be breathing exercises, a body scan, various mantras, creative visualisation & mindful moments.
Then you will spend time sitting, lying down & relaxing in the hammocks… with candles & calming music.
