Terms & Conditions

Soul Space reserves the right to refuse admission to the studio.

Students must arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to class start time. Late-comers may not be permitted after class starts. 

The use of cameras, recording devices, and phones is strictly prohibited, unless agreed in advance with the instructor.

Students must be 15 years old to attend adult classes, with parent permission only.

Gift certificates and class passes are valid for one year only.

Refund Policy

Class passes, class blocks & courses cannot be refunded or returned. The studio may allow credit to be applied to another course or family member.

Gift Certificates & Single ‘Class Passes’ cannot be returned or surrendered for cash, and are valid for 1 year only.

Class refunds are at the discretion of the teacher- any card processing fees will be deducted before refund.

Teacher Trainees must cancel 28 days prior to commencement of YTT course. A 5% card processing/bank transfer fee will be applied from total, as well as the non-refundable €250 deposit. No refund will be given thereafter.

Privacy Policy

Soul Space is committed to your privacy, and only collects relevant personal information. We do not share, sell or release your personal details with any other body. 

This Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect personal data, the reasons for this collection, the legal basis for processing and how we handle and maintain the security of the personal data we process. It is likely we will need to update this privacy policy from time to time.

What Information Do We Collect and Why?

We do not collect more information than we need to fulfil our stated purposes and will not retain it for longer than is necessary. 

The personal data we hold includes personal data you provide to us in person, via our website or by telephone, including personal and contact details (such as your first name, last name, date of birth, billing address, email address, mobile number, health details) you supply when booking a class, signing up for the first time and signing up to our newsletter.

We regard the use and processing of the above personal data within the obligation of a contract entered into with us when purchasing our services. Without out it, we could not provide the services we do (i.e., yoga classes, workshops, etc.). We may use this information for the purposes of providing, monitoring, assessing and marketing Soul Space. We may also use your personal data to inform you of information, special offers, services and products from Soul Space on occasion. 

If you do not wish to receive information regarding offers and studio news, you can opt out from our newsletter at anytime. 

When making a payment online, financial data, such as your bank account and payment card details are processed through a third-party provider, Stripe.  We do not have access to that information. 

How Do We Obtain Your Personal Data?

We obtain your personal data directly from you, either in person (at our studio or otherwise), via our website or by telephone. This could include personal data which you provide when you:

Create an account on our website

Subscribe to our newsletter

Request information on our services 

Enter into a competition or promotion

Complete a survey from us or give us feedback

We use a digital system called Amelia for storing your contact details and processing online bookings & Stripe to process payment. Card details you store on your account for online payments are not visible to us and we do not save your card details. The services we use comply with GDPR regulations related to transferring data in the EU.

Soul Space  reserves the right to take audio, photo and video recordings in the studio and during classes. Soul Space holds the full rights and rights to use such recordings for print and online marketing. Soul Space will endeavor to inform participants when such recordings are made and considers the processing of this data in accordance with its legitimate interests for business monitoring and improvement to the studio and its working practices.

Data Retention

Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we will only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. In most cases this is for the length of time that you continue to use our services. At the end of that period, your data will either be deleted completely or anonymised, for example by aggregation with other data so that it can be used in a non-identifiable way for statistical analysis.

Who Do We Share Your Personal Data With?

We will not sell, share, rent or otherwise distribute any personal information to third parties. Any information supplied by you to us via this website will only be used in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

We recognise the importance of data security and take measures to ensure the security of personal data. Access to your personal data is password-protected, and only those with permission are granted access.

You have the right to stop the use of your personal data for direct marketing activity through all channels, or selected channels. We must always comply with your request.

Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the licence below, all our intellectual property rights are reserved.

Soul Space reserves the right to vary and revoke these Terms and Conditions from time to time which it may consider necessary or desirable for the regulation of the internal affairs of the studio and/or the conduct of members. This includes but is not limited to the right to amend class times, cancel classes and amend the pricing structure at its discretion. Soul Space will endeavour to give notice of such changes as is reasonably practicable. Any such changes will be published on the website and, until revoked, are binding on members.
