Hatha Flow

The next step up, if you’ve taken Beginner Yoga for a while, and are ready for a little more challenge. This class includes lengthier and tougher flowing sequences, as well as longer posture holds (5-10 breaths), and expects students to be familiar with some of the basic postural language. This will feel more like a work out, but is still suitable for relative beginners.
